Logistics/Rider-Partner Policy

This Logistics/Rider-Partner Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Fast Mobility Technologies ("Fast Mobility," "we," "our," or "us") and our dispatch riders and logistics partners ("Partners"). This Policy details the operational standards, payment structures, and expected conduct for Partners delivering products, parcels, and packages on behalf of our customers.

1. Definitions

  • Partners: Dispatch riders and logistics partners engaged by Fast Mobility.
  • Services: The activities of picking up and delivering products, parcels, and packages.
  • Customers: Individuals or entities using Fast Mobility’s Services.

2. Operation Standrds

Partners are required to:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all packages.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Handle all packages with care to prevent damage.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including traffic and safety rules.

3. Payment Structures

Fast Mobility offers three payment options for Partners:

3.1. Instant Remittance

  • Description: Payment is made immediately after each delivery.
  • Benefits: None.
  • Requirements: Partners opting for instant remittance must ensure that all delivery documentation is accurately completed and submitted promptly.

3.2. Weekly Remittance

  • Description: Payments are made on a weekly basis.
  • Benefits:
    • Access to priority support services.
    • Eligibility for weekly performance bonuses based on delivery metrics.
  • Requirements: Partners must complete a minimum number of deliveries per week and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.

3.3. Monthly Remittance

  • Description: Payments are made on a monthly basis.
  • Benefits:
    • Higher performance bonuses and incentives.
    • Access to premium support services.
    • Eligibility for health and wellness benefits.
  • Requirements: Partners must complete a higher minimum number of deliveries per month and maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating.

4. Conduct and Relationship with Customers

Partners must:

  • Always be courteous and respectful towards customers.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with customers regarding delivery status.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to Fast Mobility immediately.

5. Termination and Modification

Fast Mobility reserves the right to terminate or modify this Policy at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement with Fast Mobility constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
